This page explains how BuyGitHubAccounts handles data from visitors and customers.
Data you give us
Your email address when you order, and anything you write in a ticket or through the contact form. Your own GitHub account plays no part in an order, and we never ask for its password, tokens or codes.
Data created by an order
The listing, quantity and total; the payment status sent by the payment provider; and the delivered lines, which may contain usernames, passwords, mailbox details, 2FA keys and personal access tokens. Card and wallet details are handled only by the payment provider.
Data collected automatically
Security logs with IP address, browser and request time, and the cookies needed for sign-in, the cart and checkout. We set no advertising cookies.
How it is used
To deliver and support orders, to check warranty tickets against what was delivered, to block fraudulent payments, and to keep the accounting records required by law. Our hosting, payment and email providers process data only for those tasks. Nothing is sold.
Retention and your choices
Delivered lines stay until the order can no longer be claimed; accounting records for the legal period; logs for a short time. To see, correct or delete your data, contact us from your order email via the Contact page.
